Sollicitatie

Laboratoria, zuurkastafzuiging in explosieve atmosferen.
Ventilatoren van het type “Anti-acid” voor agressieve atmosferen die een of meer explosieve stoffen bevatten. Bestand tegen de meeste zuren en oplosmiddelen voor transportgastemperaturen onder 50°. Omgevingscondities 40°C en 75°C%.

VSAL -VSBL voldoet aan de ATEX-richtlijn 2014/34/UE
  • ATEX Gaszone:
    • VSAL - VSBL Exd: II 2G Exd IIB T4 Gb
    • VSAL - VSBL Exd: II 2G Exd IIC T4 Gb
  • VSAL/VSBL CE Ex II 2/2G Ex d IIB/C T4, T5 of T6 X ventilatormotoren, voor inbouw in 1 of 2 gaszones met enkele of verstelbare flensuitlaat.
  • 6 maten: 14 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 42.
  • Debieten van 100 tot 11.000 m3/h.
  • 2 standaard drukbereiken voor elk model:
    • VSBL: lagedruk ventilatormotoren.
    • VSAL: hogedruk ventilatormotoren.
Bouw
  • Polypropyleen slakkenhuis, UV-bestendig. Voor gemotoriseerde ventilatoren: regelbaar in 6 standen. Standaard positie: 0 LG.
  • Waaier met polypropyleen actie en aluminium naaf ingebed in polypropyleen.
  • Anticorrosieve pakking tegen het risico van gaslekkage.
  • Ondersteunende stoel:
    • Nylon voor maat 14 / 20 / 25.
    • Polypropyleen voor maat 30 / 35.
    • Gegalvaniseerd staal 42 en speciale maten.
  • Turrets: motorkap van polypropyleen, bestand tegen omgevingsfactoren.

Motorisatie
  • Motor IP 55 klasse F - S1 zonder thermische beveiliging. Driefasige motoren accepteren frequentievariatie (25-50 Hz) met de PTC-sonde-optie. Enkelfasige motoren accepteren geen spanningsvariatie.
    • 1 snelheid enkelfasig 230V, 50Hz, 2, 4 of 6 polig.
    • 1 draaistroom 230/400V, 50Hz, 2, 4 of 6 polen tot 5,5kW.
    • 1 driefasige snelheid 400/690V, 50Hz, 2, 4 of 6 polen vanaf 7,5kW.
    • 2 driefasige 400V, 50Hz snelheden, onafhankelijke wikkelingen 4/6 polen.
    • 2 driefasige snelheden 400V, 50Hz, 2/4 polige Dahlander wikkeling.
