In some cases, our after-sales service must carry out an expert assessment, which requires the return of the defective equipment/part (see 1 and 2 in the previous diagram).
I would like you to send me the replacement material/part and agree to be invoiced before the defect is investigated.
I return the defective material on receipt of your return slip. If the expertise confirms the warranty, I receive the replacement material free of charge. If not, VIM can quote for a replacement.
