MARRIOTT Lyon Cité Internationale Hotel

Formerly the Hilton hotel, the new Marriot Lyon Cité Internationale hotel of the Lavorel group has had fully restructured kitchens since 25 November 2015

to better respond to the diversity of its services, such as its Italian restaurant Zucca or its banqueting activity.
The CER (Concept Espace Restauration) design office carried out the study from May to June, while the work was carried out from July to November with Cofely / Axima for the installation of the ventilation equipment.
