ErP compliant products 2016 or 2018 and beyond

In response to the energy performance objectives of the European ErP (Energy Related Products) directive, all VIM Ventilation Units concerned are now ErP 2016 or ErP 2018 compliant. This requirement concerns manufacturers, importers or marketers such as VIM .

An even wider range of single and dual flow AHUs

With 17 ranges of double flow AHUs including 5 new ones, VIM confirms its expertise in ventilation with energy recovery for flow rates between 300 and 13,000 m3 / h. Dimensions, constructions, performances, regulations, batteries, filtration, types of BMS, price are some of the criteria to take into account to make the right choice. Few of the cases will not find a suitable answer in the 2017 catalog.

In single flow, the range of KSDR ECOWATT® comes with 3 new sizes for flow rates up to 12,000 m3 / h. Compact, equipped with an ECM motor, a reaction freewheel and a ready-to-connect regulation, it has a wide choice of accessories (filters, batteries, mechanical accessories) which positions it as a high-performance solution for introducing air into tertiary and industrial buildings and professional kitchens.

To ensure the proper functioning of its AHUs, VIM offers on-site commissioning and assembly services for certain models.

Energy performance, a major focus of development

All our ranges of fans, ventilation boxes (C4 or Standards), CTA are available with low-consumption ECM motors, which have the additional advantage of being easily controllable (VAV / CAV / COP) and connectable to a BMS, directly or via our new regulator RMEC.
This is now also the case for F400 reaction smoke extraction fans (turrets / boxes) TED ECOWATT^® and KUBAIR ECOWATT^® where the interest of ECM motors is obvious in comfort ventilation applications, in comfort / smoke extraction such as professional kitchens or in VMC C4 at constant pressure. On some models, the actual flow rate is displayed in plain text on the device to facilitate start-up and adjustment.

In March and April, launch of the ranges JBRB ECOWATT^®, CMV C4 boxes (collective / tertiary) unheard of on the French market

Three new ranges will be available in regulated and non-regulated versions for applications with 400 ° C ½ h CMV or comfort ventilation, in collective housing, tertiary buildings and professional kitchens.

The sealed boxes are fitted as standard with an ECM motor, a high-efficiency reaction freewheel and circular connections with class D seal. They are available in in-line configuration (in-line connections), angled at 90 ° or with a double aspiration.

The regulated version | JBRB ECOWATT^® PR | is equipped with a communicating regulation Modbus as standard or SIGFOX as an option.

This regulated version allows operation at constant pressure (COP), variable flow (VAV) from an external signal or constant flow (CAV). The measurements (flow / pressure) and the setpoints are displayed in plain text on the front of the regulator.

A latest version called PM will allow you to configure a flow rate / rising pressure curve (algorithm validated by the CTSB), particularly suitable for humidity sensitive ventilation installations in collective housing, for unparalleled W-THC power consumption.
