  • Calculation of extraction, compensation and induction flow rates in the kitchen according to standard NF EN 16282-1.
  • Automatic sizing of hoods according to standard NF EN 16282-2.
  • Integrates different collection systems (standard hoods, welded hoods, UV welded hoods, filtering ceilings, hoods with capture only, inductive curtain, etc.)
  • Takes into account the characteristics of the cooking appliances, the efficiency of the capture system, the mode of fresh air diffusion and numerous installation parameters.
  • Presents the products and systems offered by VIM in professional kitchens with links to catalog pages, prescription texts and installation instructions.
