It is possible to come and collect merchandise directly at our counter in Sudan (79).
If you are already a VIM customer, all you have to do is follow the following procedure:

- Establishment of the estimate by VIM - stangre@vim.fr or 05 49 06 60 34
- Return by the customer of the accepted estimate or of a detailed order with our item codes
- Entering the order> checking product availability> communicating to the customer the list of items available in stock
- Validation by the customer> programming of the collection - Allow 2 hours minimum
- Collection at the counter during opening hours> Edition of the delivery slip
- Have a customer account created before the quote is drawn up: online application form
Collection times: Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.-6 p.m.
