Construction
- High performance reaction turbine in galvanized steel.
- Convergent/divergent type suction horn for aeraulic optimization and increased turret efficiency, with reduced noise levels.
- Direct coupling on the motor shaft.
- Plate, arm and motor support in galvanized steel.
- 2 or 4 lifting legs depending on model. 2 or 4 lifting slings.
- Arm covers in pre-painted sheet metal, gray RAL 7024:
- Neat finish of the turret.
- Easy disassembly to access turret mounting points.
- Concealed and protected turret power cable.
- Protective mesh in pre-painted galvanized steel sheet RAL 7024 gray. Meshes conforming to standard NF EN ISO 12499.
- ABS PMMA cap, grey RAL 7024:
- Motor and pressure switch protection.
- Excellent resistance to UV rays and bad weather.
- Very good impact resistance.
- Vertical discharge version: addition of 4 deflectors in RAL 7024 pre-painted sheet metal delivered factory-assembled (TEDV F400 model) or available as a kit for on-site assembly (KRVT).
- The RAL 7024 grey pre-painted sheet metal is in atmospheric corrosivity category C5 according to NF EN ISO 12944-2.
Motorization
- AC motor B14 C2, class H, optional PTO thermal protection:
- 1 speed single phase 230V, 50Hz, IP55, 2, 4 or 6 poles.
- Accepts speed variation by voltage variator, or by single-phase/single-phase frequency variator (VFIK Mono/mono).
- AC B5 motor, class F, optional PTO thermal protection:
- Three-phase 230/400V 50Hz 1 speed 2-4-6-8 poles IE2 or IE3 (P ≥ 0.75 kW).
- Accepts speed variation by frequency variator.
- Three-phase 400V 50Hz 2 speeds, 4/6, 4/8, 6/8 or 6/12 poles, Dahlander or independent windings.
Single-phase/single-phase frequency inverter
- Linearly controls the speed of a 230V single-phase 1-speed asynchronous motor from 15Hz to 50Hz.
- Single-phase inverter power supply 230V 50/60Hz, single-phase output
- 230V 50Hz.
- Available in IP20 or IP66 version.
- Caliber 7A.
Factory fitted and approved F400 120 electrical accessories
- C1-CR1 cable protected by flexible external sheath (excellent UV resistance).
- INTZ: Padlockable proximity switch with 2 auxiliary contacts (1 NO and 1 NC), discreet integration under the cap, visibility of only the rotary button and increased protection against bad weather.
- BDEZ: 20-300 Pa pressure switch, mounted under the shell and air-connected to save time during installation.
- PILOTAIR® : relay box
- For certain calibers, the box can be supplied mounted wired on a blanking plate, protected by a cover.
- For all calibers it can be supplied as an accessory or simply wired.

- TCDZ 01 to 09: Silent SILS, vertical kit KRVT.
- TCDZ 12: Pressure shutter in pre-painted steel RAL 7024 C5.

Ensures good air and water tightness when the turret is stopped. Accessories to be fitted to the TEDH ranges already supplied - Provide as many TCDZ 15 as there are discharge faces. - POPM: RAL 7024 C5 pre-painted steel blanking plate, with one rejection face for TEDH for installation of the turret near a wall (or an obstacle to gas evacuation), or in a corner or between 2 other turrets with 2 POPM. Allows significant space saving and avoids the rejection of air and dirt directly onto the wall.
- Laboratory tests have verified that the vertical discharge kit and the one-sided blanking plate have no impact on the aeraulic, acoustic and electrical performance of the turret.
