Description
  • High performance reaction turbine in Z275 galvanized steel.
  • Optimized suction pavilion.
  • Direct coupling on the motor shaft.
  • Plate, arm and motor support in Z275 galvanized steel.
  • Lifting ears provided.
  • Meshes conforming to standard NF EN ISO 12499.
  • Cap in pre-painted galvanized steel RAL 7024.
  • 360° Horizontal Rejection.
  • INTZ: padlockable proximity switch with position feedback.

Motorization
  • Direct Current Motor (ECM):
    • IP 44, class B single phase, 230V 50Hz.
  • Electronically controlled thermal protection.

RMED regulation
  • Operation in COP (constant pressure).
  • Control box, IP55, factory mounted and wired.
  • Backlit LCD display, with function keys on the front, optional remote control.
    • Clear display of the measurement (pressure) and the set value.
  • Integrated ventilation fault signaling: dry contact available on the RMED terminal block (cutting power under 230Vac: 3A resistive).
  • ModBus RTU communication as standard.
  • Special case of use in collective VMC when the extraction of air from the same dwelling is carried out by several extractors.
  • The extractors must only be able to operate simultaneously: use of the box is essential BAVH to control the turrets of the same housing.
  • The installation can be completed by an alarm reporting box in order to know the operating status of the VMC: box BRVH.

BAVH box:
  • White metal case, vandal-proof.
  • Anti-siphonage safety control box with positive safety (manual reset): article 10 of the Order of March 24, 1982, amended.
  • Control of up to 6 turrets serving vertical conduits corresponding to the same stack of housing.
  • Allows the stopping of all the turrets of the same stack in the event of a fault in one of them.
  • Can only serve one stairwell.
  • Power supply of each turret: Pmax: 170 W; Imax: 1.5 A per turret.
  • Power supply of the box: single-phase 230V, 50-60Hz.
  • Controls the BRVH alarm reporting box.

BRVH case:
  • White metal case.
  • Alarm reporting box: correct operation of the installation, ventilation fault in one or more turrets.
  • Remote installation in common areas to provide warning of the operating status of the ventilation.
  • Contains two indicator lights:
    • Red diode: ventilation fault,
    • Green diode: voltage present.
  • Powered by the BAVH box.
  • Sound alarm function activated by key.
