Flow rates from 200 to 12,000 m3/h.
6 sizes: 20/30/45/70/80/115.
Factory vertical discharge, configurable on site:

  • Interchange a side hatch and the grille to change the orientation of the discharge
  • Reverse the frequency converter without unwiring it to change the direction of access to it.
  • Obligation to change the direction of the variator when using the JBRZ04 option for horizontal discharge to the right.

Available configurations:

  • VM: horizontal suction and vertical discharge
  • VD: double horizontal suction and vertical discharge

Construction
  • Z275 galvanized sheet steel box, 4 fixing points.
  • Handles for handling.
  • IP66 pre-wired frequency converter mounted/wired on the box, equipped with a padlockable proximity switch (INTZ).
    • 230V single drive power supply, 230V three-way motor output.
    • 400V tri drive power supply, 400V tri motor output.
    • 1 programmable dry contact output (default, on) available.
    • Integrated MODBUS communication.
  • BDEZ: Pressure switch mounted, air-connected, factory set at 80Pa, cannot be modified.
  • High performance reaction turbine in Z275 galvanized steel.
  • Direct coupling.
  • Connection tapping with class D seals.
Motorization
  • AC motor outside the air flow: IP55, IE3, class F, three-phase 230/400V, 50Hz, integrated thermal protection with closed contact at rest (PTO), to be connected for use in air return in tertiary premises ( no 400°C 1/2h).
  • Thermal protection managed electronically and approved for C4 operation.
VCHV regulation
  • COP constant pressure operation.
  • Regulation box, IP54, factory mounted and wired:
    • Setpoint adjustment keys,
    • Clear display of the pressure measurement and the set point.
