SIL BS and SIL BD
- Soundproofing in one-piece inorganic mineral wool panel, rot-proof, water-repellent, 50 kg / m3.
- SIL BS: protection of the soundproofing in anti-defibration glass veil allowing a speed in the airways of 14 m / s to be reached.
- Aerodynamic frame with rounded profile in galvanized sheet steel reinforced by grooving thickness:
- 0.6 mm for SIL BS.
- 0.8 mm for LIS BD.
- Standard dimensions:
- length: from 300 to 2400 mm,
- height: from 300 to 1,800 mm,
- thickness: 50/100/200 or 300 mm (SIL BS) and 100/200/300 mm (SIL BD).
- SIL BD: expanded metal protection (0.8 mm thick) allowing excellent resistance over time and high air passage speeds of up to 20 m / s.
- Note: for smoke extraction applications, use 0.8 mm thick steel frames.
- Z275 galvanized steel casing.
- Number and type of baffles: SIL BS, SIL BD, or other depends on the desired performance and the applications.
- Mounting of the baffles in the boxes by riveting.
- Flanges for connecting the caissons to the networks, 30 mm wide with 13 mm diameter holes in each corner.
