Operation

Duct blowing temperature regulation.
Room or return temperature regulation with or without supply air limit.
Minimum speed = 1.5 m / s - Maximum speed 10 m / s.
Need to control the heating to the operation of the fan.
Provide an MCR1 type time delay which delays the stopping of the fan to cool the pins.
Provide a contactor to cut off the power supply in the event of triggering of one of the safety thermostats
The contactor will be equipped with an auxiliary contact (NO/NC) to transfer the information to the regulation of the ventilation unit or to the BMS.

Construction

Circular ferrule and IP44 connection box in Aluzinc treated steel.
Connection by watertight class C joints.
IP44 grommet to cut.
Heating elements shielded in stainless steel 304.
Safety thermostats with NC contact pre-wired in series, to be connected to an external power contactor:
1 safety thermostat with automatic reset 50°C.
1 safety thermostat with manual reset, set point 100°C.
2 LEDs indicating heating / operating mode-fault.

PID regulation

1 electronic power regulator type Triac.
1 safety air flow sensor.
1 TJK10K (IP20) duct probe for measuring the supply air temperature or high and low limitation (+ 15 ° C / + 40 ° C).
1 box with NTC10 room sensor and TR5K (IP20) potentiometer with 0 to 30 ° C adjustment.
- TR5K activated only if using the TJK10K duct probe to measure the supply air temperature.
- TR5K + NTC10 activated if measurement in room + limitation in duct with TJK10K.
ModBus RTU communication on RS485 port (setpoint temperature adjustment, alarms, etc.).

BATE R010: integrated regulation 0-10V external signal

Operation

In association with a Single or Double flow air handling unit delivering a 0-10V signal.
Minimum speed = 1.5 m / s - Maximum speed 10 m / s.
