Construction
- Frame in extruded aluminum profiles.
- Kit for fixing the boxes together consisting of a gasket and 4 sets of screws, nuts and washers.
- Double skin panels in galvanized steel coated with RAL 9010 exterior
- 25 mm mineral wool insulation, fire classification A1 according to standard 13 501.1 (non-combustible).
- Hinged doors for easy access to the control unit.
- Left or right easement.
- Suction and / or blowing ID registers.
- Roof and hood for outdoor versions.

Filtration
- Pre-filter (G4, M5 or M6) with pressure tap.
- Filter (M6, F7, F8 or F9) with pressure tap.
- F7 to F9 HPE (High Energy Performance) filters with a holding system made up of two tightening handles: perfect sealing with the frame and easy disassembly.
- Extraction of G4 and M5 filters on 4 sides: choice to be defined when ordering.
- Extraction of filters M6 to F9 on 2 sides: choice to be defined when ordering.
Batteries
- Hot water coils 2, 4 or 6 rows (galvanized frame, copper tubes and aluminum fins).
- 4 or 6 row cold or reversible water coils (galvanized frame, copper tubes, aluminum fins, 304 stainless steel condensate tray and droplet separator).
- Electric coils (galvanized frame and armored resistances) with manual and automatic reset protections, as well as an anti-radiation screen.
Motorized fans
- Dynamically balanced reaction freewheels with direct coupling to the motors.
- Foot-mounted motors B3, 1 speed three-phase 230 / 400V, 50Hz, IP54, class F, IE1 up to 0.55 kW, IE2 beyond, with integrated thermal protection with closed contact at rest (PTO).
- Motor powers from 0.25 kW to 1.1 Kw.
Model UTBS PRO REG
Main box
- M5 pre-filter or F7 filter as standard with pressure tap.
- Optional pre-filter G4 or M5 before filter F7, filters F6 to F9 optional.
- 2 or 4 row hot coils.
- A 2-way mixing box.
- UTBS-2: 0.55kW,
- UTBS-3: 0.75kW,
- UTBS-5: 2 x 0.75kW,
- UTBS-8: 2 x 1.1kW.
- The integrated regulation allows 3 operating modes: variable flow (VAV), constant flow (CAV), constant pressure (COP)
- The regulation manages a 2-way mixing box according to the fresh air and return air temperatures, a slave fan.
- The UTBS is supplied in CAV constant flow control mode. Provide the TDPD pressure probe for use in COP constant pressure regulation mode, a 0-10V probe for VAV variable flow control.
