Alert device

SOLER & PALAU Ventilation Group of which VIM is a subsidiary has set up an internal alert system in accordance with the provisions of the law known as SAPIN 2 (Law 2016-1691 of December 9, 2016).

This system is intended to collect reports relating to:

on behavior contrary to the code of conduct established by the Group,
on serious facts which constitute violations of legislation, a threat or harm to the general interest.

It is intended for all Group employees as well as all external stakeholders.
In accordance with decree 2022-1284 of October 3, 2022, the company has established a procedure for collecting and processing these reports guaranteeing in particular the confidentiality of all data collected.
