Application

Used to control an asynchronous AC single-phase fan and lighting from the front of the hood.
VORAX® VARI can be integrated in the factory on our range of static hoods: VORAX® CHEF / PREMIUM. It is used to control the remote extraction fan and the hood lighting.
VORAX® VARI can be integrated in the factory into our range of dynamic hoods: VORAX® CHEF G / PREMIUM G. It can control the incorporated exhaust fan and the hood lighting.

The set comes fully wired “ready to plug in”.


Description

  • IP67 polyester keyboard with 3 7-segment displays + lighting operation LEDs perfectly integrated into the front of the hood.
  • Control box fixed on the roof outside the air flows and accessible from inside the hood for maintenance operations.
  • IP55 connection box in light grey self-extinguishing thermoset installed above the hood with cable glands. Allow a height of 100 mm above the hood for installing the box.
  • Connection cables and protection between the keyboard and the case.
  • Integrated fan boost function, adjustable duration from 10min to 1h.
  • Input for remote control “on/off” + “forced maximum speed”.
  • Configurable input for analog current/voltage/NTC/Pt1000 thermistor probe.
  • Motor output: 110-230Vac (set at installation), for AC motor.
  • Lighting output that can be controlled by the fan (configurable).
  • TBTS 24Vdc output for powering probe or external sensor.
  • 3-10 Vdc output for “master/slave” operation (control of a second VAPZ or VRPZ drive), or control of an ECM motor.
  • Gas solenoid valve output.
  • In regulation operation, choice between setpoint by keyboard or external current or voltage signal.
  • Factory preset inputs/outputs.
  • Overload and short circuit protection by built-in fuse.
