Insulation
Selection of standard fans
- Online building.
- 3 sizes: 02 / 05 / 08.
- Speeds from 50 to 800 m3/h.
- 3 variants:
- NU : without insulation,
- IS : 25 mm glass wool 4 sides,
- DB : reinforced with 50 mm rock wool on 6 sides.
- Multi-stitched construction.
- 2 sizes: 05 / 08.
- Speeds from 100 to 800 m3/h.
- 2 variants:
- NU : without insulation,
- IS : 10 mm insulation of 6-sided polyethylene foam.
Construction
- Casing in Z275 galvanized sheet steel equipped with 4 fixing lugs.
- Single inlet action fan.
- Direct drive.
- Removable cover with 1/4 turn locks.
- Connection taps with class D seal.
- INTZ: padlockable proximity switch with mounted/wired position feedback.
- BDEZ: Fitted pressure switch, not aeraulically connected, to be adjusted on site (in the INTZ + BDEZ version).
- KMDT PM: casing with 4 connections Ø 125 mm at the suction allowing the realization of a network in octopus Ø 125 mm without reduction until the mouth of extraction. Supplied with 2 galvanized plugs Ø 125 mm for unused taps.
Insulation
- IS versions: Acoustic insulation 25 mm, classification M0 (A2-s1, d0) according to standard EN 13 501.1 (KMDT). Acoustic insulation 10 mm, classification M1 (B-s2, d0) (KMDT PM).
- DB versions: 50 mm sound insulation, rock wool density 70 kg/m3, covered with a woven high-speed veil, classification M0 (A2-s1, d0) according to standard EN 13 501.1.
- Motors with built-in thermal protection with manual reset.
- Size 02: IP44 single-phase external rotor motor 230V, 50Hz, class B, 3 speeds.
- Sizes 05 and 08: IP44 single-phase external rotor motor 230V, 50Hz, class F, 3 speeds.
