Regulation and control

Standard: flow rate variation by internal or remote potentiometer.
Regulation in VAV (variable flow rate), CAV (constant flow rate), COP (constant pressure) mode: integrated RMEC controller with flow rate and pressure display, ModBus RTU communication as standard.
Extraction ASR system controlled by an air handling unit for the introduction of fresh air in professional kitchens.

Configurations

Indoor units without roof: D right hand side - G left hand side.
Outside with roof mounted: EXD right-hand servitude - EXG left-hand servitude.

Other modules

KPCA filtration module (M5 / F7 / F9 / Metallic / Active carbon).
KB air treatment modules: KBEI electric coil / KBEC hot water coil / KBER reversible water coil.
KSIL acoustic module.

Construction

Modular structure in aluminium profile.
In-line construction, rectangular or circular connection.
Double skinned panels equipped with peripheral seal:
Exteriors in pre-painted galvanized steel color dark gray RAL7024 corrosion resistance RC5, UV resistance RUV3 according to EN 10169.
Interiors in galvanized steel Z275.
Insulation with 25 mm thick glass wool, density 24 kg/m³.
Thermal conductivity 0,035 W/(m.k) (20°C).
Fire classification A1 according to EN 13 501.1.
Reaction freewheel fan in galvanized steel sheet with ECM Mono 230V or Tri 400V motor depending on the size.
Switch mounted/wired.
Module delivered on feet (18 to 75) or frame (95 to 200).

Optional 2-stage filtration

Metal pre-filter : FIME thickness 48 mm.
Mini-ply pre-filter: FIFI M5 ePM10 75% thickness 48 mm.
Mini-ply filters FIFI F7 ePM1 55% or FIFI F9 ePM1 80% thickness 96 mm.

Registers (accessory)

Manual or motorized control.
Flow regulation.
Anti-freeze protection of water coils, mounted on the suction side.
Mains shut-off in accordance with article CH38, mounted on the supply side.
