Operation
- Regulation of the supply air temperature in the duct (see principles on PULSER / TTC pages).
- Room or return temperature regulation with or without supply air limit (see principles on PULSER / TTC pages).
- Minimum speed = 1.5 m / s - Maximum speed 10 m / s.
- Need to control the heating to the operation of the fan.
- Provide a pressure switch to cut off the power supply in the event of a ventilation fault or insufficient flow (V min = 1.5 m / s).
- Provide an MCR1 type time delay which delays the stopping of the fan to cool the pins.
- For single-phase versions ≥ 4kW and three-phase versions, provide a contactor to cut off the power supply in the event of triggering of one of the safety thermostats. The contactor will be equipped with an auxiliary contact (NO/NC) to transfer the information to the regulation of the ventilation unit or to the BMS.
- Circular ferrule and IP44 connection box in Aluzinc treated steel.
- Connection by watertight class C joints
- IP 44 grommet to cut.
- Heating elements shielded in stainless steel 304.
- Safety thermostats with NC contact pre-wired in series, to be connected to an external power contactor:
1 safety thermostat with automatic reset 50°C.
1 safety thermostat with manual reset, set point 100°C.
- Pressure switch, duct or room sensor or external potentiometer, time delay, regulation.
