New VIM specific integrated EVCO regulation
- Communicating Modbus RTU on RS485 or Modbus TCP/IP port, BACnet IP, remote EPJcolor touch control.
Construction
- Self-supporting structure in extruded aluminum profile, rounded corners.
- 36 mm double skin panel in zinc magnesium ZM310, corrosion resistance C5, insulation by injected polyurethane foam (42 kg/m3 – 0.0246W/mk) fire classification B-S2, d0 (M1).
- Vertical construction with in-line connection by circular tappings equipped with sealing joints.
- Galvanized steel frame for floor mounting.
- Possibility of adapting the position of certain tappings on site.
- Access to filters, exchanger, battery and fan from the side.
- Ø1/2˝ purge for condensate drainage.
Interchange
- High efficiency counter-flow aluminum plate heat exchanger. Thermal efficiency up to 90%.
- Motorized bypass 100%, integrated into the unit on the fresh air network.
- 230V single-phase 3-point servomotor controls proportionally by adjusting the running time.
Motorization
- Freewheel type fan with metal reaction (incombustible A1).
- High efficiency ECM motor, 400V 50/60Hz on size 45, 230V 50/60Hz on other sizes.
- Control by 0…10V signal.
- CAD HR BASIC E/EI/EC 07: IP44 Class B,
- CAD HR BASIC E/EI/EC 11 - 16 - 25 - 32 - 45: IP54 Class B.
- CAD HR BASIC E/EI/EC 45 and 56: IP54 Class F.
- Electronic thermal protection.
Filters
- Fresh air blowing: FIFI F7 ePM1 70 mini-pleat filters% with low pressure loss.
- Stale air intake: FIFI M5 ePM10 50 mini-pleat filters%.
EI post-heating electric battery
- Connected to the regulation, it allows the temperature of the blown air to be regulated.
- Equipped with safety thermostat with automatic reset (set point 55°C) and manual reset (set point 70°C).
ED antifreeze electric battery
- Placed on the fresh air before the exchanger, prevents the risk of freezing on the exchanger.
- Assembled, wired and controlled by the regulator.
- Separate power supply, connection to specific external box equipped with a proximity switch.
- Safety thermostat with automatic reset (set point 55°C) and manual reset (set point 70°C).
ER hot/cold reversible water battery
- 4-row water battery on sizes 07-11-23, 3 rows on other sizes.
- Composed of copper tubes with aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame.
- Copper collector.
- Threaded connecting tube.
- Condensate outlet to be connected to a siphon when used in cold conditions.
- 230V/24V 10VA transformer for 2V or 3V valve power supply.
