Construction

In-line construction, rectangular connections.
Modular structure in aluminum profile.
Double-skin panels equipped with peripheral seal.
Insulation with thick glass wool. 25 mm, density 24 kg/m3:
Thermal conduction 0.035 W/(mK) at 20°C.
A1 fire classification according to standard EN 13501.1.
Exterior finish pre-painted zinc-plated steel in dark gray color RAL7024, corrosion resistance C5, ultraviolet resistance RUV3 according to EN 10169.
Z275 galvanized steel interior finish.
RATH athermal reactor(s) mounted on a slide.
BDEZ pressure switch: control of reactor operation to ventilation.
Door opening safety contact.
Proximity switch and operation indicator light.
Access hatch equipped with quarter-turn latches and recessed handle.
Module delivered on feet from size 40 to 55 or on frame from size 95 to 200.
Junction elements for assembly with KSEF ECOWATT ventilation modules and the various KBEI, KBEC, KBER, KSIL and KFIL treatment and filtration modules.

Athermal reactor

RATH: athermal reactor, 3 sizes: 592 x 287 mm, 592 x 592 mm, 892 x 592 mm.
Depending on the size of the reactor: 2, 4 or 6 germicidal UVC lamps, unit power 55 W.
Equipped with 2 panels in FATH impregnated honeycomb structure.
Galvanized steel frame, mounted on slide.
Removable electrical connectors.
