Comfort / smoke extraction boxes

Parking lots

  • Control of one or more fans
  • Comfort management and smoke extraction in car parks
  • Controls the blowing and/or extraction
  • For parking lots without SSI
  • Integrated switch-disconnector
  • Digital clock integrated into the master box
  • CMSI-controlled version
  • IP55

Applications

Designed for controlling fan(s) in covered parking lots of Public Access Buildings (ERP) or in collective housing.
The PILOT PARC is not a DAS. For parking lots without SSI only. If there is an SSI, use a PILOTAIR .
Available in a version controlled by a CMSI.
Complies with fire regulations not requiring an NF relay box:

  • ERP parking lot: order of May 9, 2006, section IV article PS 18: (…) a device of grouped manual controls, priority and selective by compartment, sufficiently informed to allow the stopping and restarting of the fans, is installed at the reference level, near each vehicle access. (…)
  • Collective residential parking lot: decree of January 31, 1986; article 49: (…) In the case of mechanical ventilation, the selective manual priority controls by level allowing the fans to be stopped and restarted must be installed near the access points usable by the emergency and fire-fighting services, (…)

Manages the comfort and smoke extraction modes of the extraction and/or supply fan.

  • Control of the extraction and / or blowing of 3-speed 400V 2-speed motor (s) (Dahlander or independent windings)
  • Control of a 1-speed motor: use the PILOT PARC for 2-speed motors with independent windings, connecting only to the HS output.
  • PV / HS comfort operation and HS smoke extraction.
  • Three-phase power supply 400V 50 / 60Hz + Earth.

MASTER PARK PILOT

  • Box for controlling 1 single motor 2 speeds, 12 calibers: 9/18/25/32/50/65/80/95/115/150/185 / 225A.
  • Box for controlling 2 motors 2 speeds, 3 ratings: 9/18 / 25A.
  • Version for control by CMSI.
  • Integrated thermal protection, nominal current in PV and HS to be specified when ordering.
SLAVE PARK PILOT

  • To be used in control of the PILOT PARK PILOT. It allows centralized fan controls at lower costs.
  • Box for controlling 1 single motor 2 speeds, 12 calibers: 9/18/25/32/50/65/80/95/115/150/185 / 225A.
  • Integrated thermal protection, nominal current in PV and HS to be specified when ordering.

Description
  • IP55 enclosure, RAL 7035 color.
  • PILOT PARC sizes 1 to 3: reinforced polycarbonate housing, sizes 4 to 8: painted metal housing.
  • Cable glands and fixing kit supplied.
  • Switch-disconnector integrated on the front (3-point padlockable).
  • Overload protection: integrates the PV / HS thermal protections of the controlled motor (s) (taken into account only in comfort operation). Use of thermal relays of intervention class "10", with adjustment scale in amps allowing direct adjustment without any additional calculation (adjustment current = nominal PV / HS current of the controlled motor).

MASTER PARK PILOT
  • Magnetic short-circuit protection: by integrated aM type fuses for:
    • 1 motor version: ratings 32 to 225A; payable by the installer for ratings 9, 18 and 25A.
    • 2 engine version: all calibers.
  • Taking into account the operating priorities: PV / HS comfort, HS smoke extraction, fire stop.
  • Integrated digital clock:
    • Weekly program, adjustable without opening the box cover (IP55 access window on the front - backlit display).
    • Automatic shutdown / PV / HS management of comfort operation in the absence of any other order.
  • Comfort input for PV / HS control by any type of CO / NOx unit, or by a BCCA manual control unit.
  • On the front: local control buttons and indicator lights for operating status + digital display of PLC inputs-outputs.
  • 24V TBT supplied for powering external control boxes.
  • Communicating Modbus TCP / IP as standard.
  • Control of PILOT PARC SLAVE:
    • The PILOT 1 motor> 25A can control 1 to 3 PILOT any caliber.
    • The PILOT 2 motors can control from 1 to 6 PILOT any caliber.

PILOT controllable by CMSI:

  • Security remote control input by 24 or 48Vdc voltage signal emitted by the CMSI.
  • Report on waiting and security information for the CMSI.

SLAVE PARK PILOT

  • Box dedicated to a control to the MASTER: use case = see selection assistance tables on the following pages.
  • Magnetic protection against short-circuit: by integrated aM type fuses for ratings 32 to 225A; payable by the installer for ratings 9, 18 and 25A.
